Being a good advocate and politician from his younger days has allowed him to play the political game fairly and effortlessly. He has honed the powers of perception to properly comprehend social interaction to accurately interpret with the strong ability of discernment and high self awareness.

He has thus made a mark being the Chairman of the Legal & Legal Rights Department of Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee. He has been a big contributor strengthening the Legal Cell of KPCC as also being leader to fight the human rights violations.

To be effective in all his activities both political and professional, he has built very good working relationship by garnering support, negotiating and managing any conflict in an able manner and to reciprocate.
